Service Provider: Jo Cooremans Service Description: Energy Healing Services (including but not limited to “Emotion Code™, Body Code™, breath work, personal and business mentoring, spiritual healing”) 1. Payment Requirement: All sessions must be fully paid prior to the scheduled appointment. Payment must be received to confirm your booking and secure your time slot. 2. Cancellation Policy: •Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the customer will be charged the full amount of the session, or the session will be deducted from their total number of remaining sessions in the package purchased. •Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. •Orders are considered final and valid once they are accepted verbally or signed by an authorized person. •When it concerns a business agreement, orders are considered final and valid once they are accepted verbally or signed by an authorized representative of the company. 3. Rescheduling Policy: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 4. Recording Disclaimer: Please be advised that all Zoom sessions will be recorded for quality assurance and documentation purposes. By participating in the session, you consent to this recording. 5. Liability Disclaimer: Jo Cooremans does not make any claims to cure, heal, or recover from any illness, nor to prevent any future illness. If you experience any health concerns – physical or mental – or emergencies, please consult a qualified medical professional. 6. No Medical Advice: The information provided during sessions, or on the website, is not intended as a substitute for medical care and should not be construed as medical advice.
